The Studio

Noon is located at 44 Stafford St. The nearest major intersection is King St W and Strachan Ave. Our main entrance is on Stafford St, via the wooden gate behind Benjamin Moore - just look for our sign!

Paid street parking and public lot parking is available in the area.

Noon is a street-level studio with one step at the entrance. We have foldable ramps for accessibility. If you book a client that requires the ramps, please let us know when they’re scheduled so we can ensure they are set up.

Please avoid sending mail directly to the shop, as there is a risk the package will be left on the doorstep and could be stolen. If you must send anything to the shop, please require a signature at delivery, and let us know when to expect it.

WIFI: The wifi network is “noontattoos” and the password is “sunnydays”. You are welcome to share the wifi info with your clients.

Fees

Your guest spot will cost $150 per day (inclusive of tax).

For stays longer than 2 weeks, we can provide a discounted rate. Please contact us with your desired time frame and we can discuss options.

We will send you an invoice that outlines your fees via email, and we ask guests to submit their payment in advance by e-transfer to noontattoos@gmail.com. If you'd prefer to pay in cash upon arrival at the studio, let us know in advance.

If you would like to extend your stay or modify your days, please inquire with Jennifer or Sabrina and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Supplies

INCLUDED: Your stay includes access to a station with a massage table, stool, rolling work tray, arm rest, lamp, black ink, green soap, alcohol, distilled water, stencil stuff, clip cord bags, bottle bags, machine bags, razors, lubricant, barrier film, plastic wrap, elastics, grommet/nipples, dental bibs, drape sheets, ink caps, tongue depressors, basic non-stick bandages, medical tape, water cups, paper towel, grip wrap, and gloves.

BRING YOUR OWN: colour inks, needles, tubes, tattoo kit (machines, tools, power supply, foot pedals, clip cords), and second skin/tegaderm.

Please note, we are a disposable-only studio (no autoclave, please bring disposable tubes).

Please make sure all surfaces you contact while working are properly wrapped or covered, and be sure to wipe down all surfaces with Biotext before and after each appointment.

Please use the provided sharps container for all razors and needles. You have a garbage bin at your station that you may use for garbage during your sessions. Please only use this bin for tattoo related garbage. Any food waste can be thrown out in the garbage bin in the staff room.

Printer is wifi connected, and black ink only. The printer is called Noon Printer (or HP Laserjet Pro M118DW). If you have any trouble connecting to the printer, one of our residents can help you.

Appointments

We are an appointment-only space, and do not have regular opening hours, or a receptionist.

Guest artists may only access the studio when a resident artist is present. Please schedule your appointments between 11am and 7pm. You will be able to enter the building at 10am, but please allow some set up time between entry and your starting time. Please allow time to clean up after your last appointment of the day so that you can leave by 7pm. If you need to access the space outside of these hours, please let us know and we can try to accommodate.

We do not have a centralized POS (debit, visa, etc). You collect all your own payments, and may take whatever payment methods you choose.

Each client must fill out a digital waiver prior to their appointment. There are QR codes posted in the entry of the studio that clients can scan when they arrive.

Please properly wrap your clients if they are leaving for a smoke or food break.
